Processing and Shipping
Please note that all items are custom-ordered. Processing times for most items are 2-7 business days. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday. Once an order has completed processing and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification. To ensure receipt, please be sure to provide a valid email address. When ordering multiple items, please note some items may be shipped separately.
How long does fulfillment/processing take?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days (Monday to Friday):
- 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.)
- 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)
Please note: Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping time.
When will my order arrive (shipping time)?
Domestic shipping
Please note: Expedited/express shipping may not be available in some areas.
Only the options available for a particular address will appear at checkout. For example, if Express shipping is not available for a specific destination, you will only see the Standard rate.
Many carriers require phone numbers for Express delivery. If Express shipping is available to you, please be sure to provide a valid phone number at checkout to prevent the order from being placed on hold.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to most countries except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea due to legal restrictions or shipping limitations. Please note, this list may change periodically.
Note: Due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic, some countries are not accepting USPS shipments. This may affect our ability to ship to certain countries.
